great location

the intercontinental had such friendly staff, especially bilal at check-in who made everything easy. the spa was fantastic too, with amazing treatments that left me feeling relaxed. it's also near good spots, which made exploring effortless.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere! ! Breakfast was a delightful mix of local and western cuisines.

Unfortunately, the room was outdated and lacked basic amenities such as proper shower temperature control.

I recently spent two nights here and was blown away by the hospitality. the staff truly made our stay feel special. The rooftop lounge and restaurant offered delightful Lebanese cuisine in a vibrant atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. The pool was lovely, but the management could improve supervision to minimize noise from kids. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I can't wait to return!
